C.O.R.E. Meetings

C.O.R.E. = (Collaboration, Organizational Growth, Relationships, Ecosystem Impact)
Our free monthly gatherings are where the NTXLN community comes together to learn, think, and connect. Each session is built around a topic that matters to nonprofit professionals right now, facilitated to keep conversation moving, and designed to leave you with something concrete to take back to your work.

What to Expect

Every meeting runs 90 minutes and follows the same rhythm: brief context-setting on the month’s topic, facilitated peer discussion, and time to connect before you head out. Sessions are hosted at nonprofit spaces across Fort Worth, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.

Topics span the full arc of nonprofit professional life: how funding really works, how to lead when you’re not at the top, how organizations make decisions, how collaboration succeeds or falls apart, and how to build a career that holds up over time.

Come for one. Come for all of them. The conversation gets richer the more people bring their experience to the table.

Who Shows Up

Program managers, development directors, coordinators, executive directors, recent graduates, mid-career professionals, people from large organizations and small ones. The common thread is that everyone in the room cares about doing their work well and wants to understand the sector more deeply.

All career stages are welcome. We follow a full-year content theme, and each meeting builds on the last, so there’s always context whether you’ve been with us from the start or you’re joining mid-year.
