Know the sector. Build your career.
Lead with confidence.
The North Texas nonprofit sector is powered by people who lead with purpose. Wherever you are in your career, NTXLN offers practical education and genuine community to help you grow.
C.O.R.E. Monthly Meetings
Free and open to all.
Our foundation is connection. Each month, nonprofit professionals across the region gather for open, facilitated conversation about the realities of nonprofit work; how funding flows, how organizations make decisions, how collaboration actually works, and how to grow a career that’s sustainable long-term.
These gatherings follow a quarterly theme that builds throughout the year, so each session adds depth to the last. Come for one meeting or come every month. Either way, you’ll leave with something useful.
Connection Circles
Free (with a food donation) and hosted at Tarrant Area Food Bank.
Connection Circles bring together small cohorts of nonprofit professionals for facilitated conversation, applied reflection, and peer exchange that goes deeper than a monthly gathering allows.
These sessions are designed for professionals who want to understand not just what happens in the sector, but why. Each series follows a focused topic and is intentionally limited in size to support trust, candor, and real dialogue.
Professional Development Workshops
Open to the full community.
Our workshops translate the big-picture themes from our monthly gatherings into applied, skill-building experiences. Each session is interactive and grounded in real nonprofit dynamics, not generic management theory.
Every workshop includes an accompanying digital playbook with templates, frameworks, and tools you can use immediately in your role, plus an optional follow-up session to discuss how you’ve put it into practice.
Organizational Partnerships
Strong organizations invest in the people doing the work. We partner with nonprofits across North Texas to bring tailored professional development directly to your team: facilitated staff conversations, customized workshops, and learning experiences designed around your organizational context.

"All of our work is grounded in a simple belief: when nonprofit professionals understand how the sector operates, they lead more effectively, stay in their careers longer, and create greater impact in their communities."
